CES 2017: Logitech G Reveals the G533 Wireless Headset for PC’s

By Keith MitchellJanuary 4, 2017

Logitech G is no stranger to producing some top notch PC accessories. Know for their gaming mice, headsets, and extremely popular keyboards, they’ve announced yet another stunner; the G533 Wireless Headset.

This new headset will feature 7.1 surround sound, powered by DTS Headphone:X technology, rechargeable replaceable batteries and up to 15 hours of battery life on one charge. That last part is huge, as many wireless headsets, including current favorite, are limited when it comes to battery life. Some lasting just under 5-6 hours, which several limits usage of a wireless headset. I’m sure Logitech got plenty of feedback when it comes to the battery life. No word on how heavy the headset is, which is another important aspect when it comes to any headset.

In addition, the G533 will include mesh earpads, a noise-cancelling folding microphone, easy-to-reach volume controller and a microphone button that rests on the left earcup. And similar to their keyboards, the G533 will allow you to program it on a pre-game basis. No word on how heavy the headset is, which is another important aspect when it comes to any headset.

The G533 Wireless Headset will retail for $149.99  and is currently available for pre-order at Logitech’s website here.

Look for our review once we find a pair of these in stores.
