Blade Arcus from Shining: Battle Arena Announced for Steam

By Keith MitchellJuly 15, 2016

Update: We’re being told that the studio that is publishing this title is Studio Saizensen and not Degica Games. Minor mishap from the provider of the news. We’ve update the story accordingly.

Well, this is odd, Studio Saizensen has just announced that they will be bringing yet another fighting title to the PC. Times time around a game called Blade Arcus From Shining: Battle Arena will be making it’s debut via Steam, and of course more fighting games on the PC ain’t too shabby. However, the odd part is that the characters are from an old sega RPG series, the Shining Series to be exact. The Shining in the Darkness, Shining Force, you remember those, right? What? Don’t you know any of those? Well, I suppose that’s fair, but they are some of Sega’s better RPG games from the Sega Genesis / Megadrive era.

Now you’ll get to see familiar or unfamiliar characters as they face off in Blade Arcus from Shining: Battle Arena, thanks toStudio Saizensen. And sooner than you think as the title has a release date of July 28, 2016, and will be priced at $29.99.

And as always, be sure to check out our review of Blade Arcus From Shining: Battle Arena when it releases in 2 weeks.
