Dead Rising 4 Possibly Leaked

By Mark SullivanJune 7, 2016

The next game in the Dead Rising series may have been leaked.

In a post on ThisGenGaming, images of promotional materials have surfaced that suggest the next sequel in the popular survival horror franchise will soon be revealed. The images were later backed up by Kotaku, citing sources, as well as Neogaf insider ekim, who had the following to say on Twitter:

Well now that screenshots appeared I can spill the beans.

Dead Rising 4 is a remake of DR1 during Christmas time. 4 player coop. Not only the mall but also the surroundings probably.

— ekim (@ekim_gaf) June 6, 2016

Btw: about the platforms for DR4 – there is still the possibility this is some deal like Rise of the Tomb Raider. I cannot know this.

— ekim (@ekim_gaf) June 7, 2016

But for now it’s just Xbox and W10

It looks like we can expect Dead Rising 4 to be revealed next week during E3 2016.

Mark is a student in Philadelphia currently working towards a B.S. in Information Science & Technology. Starting in 1998 with a hand-me-down PS1 and the demo for Spyro The Dragon (which he played COUNTLESS times), his love of gaming soon elevated when he borrowed Final Fantasy VII from a friend for the first time. Now he's an avid collector, a semi-expert trophy hunter, and an overall lover of video games. Favorite games are Final Fantasy VII (I know, deal with it), Metal Gear Solid 2, Resident Evil 4, Dark Souls, and Psychonauts, to name a few.
