VLAD II a new Castlevania remix album from Joshua Morse coming soon

By Keith MitchellOctober 23, 2015

Update: The EP has been released is now available on Loudr for $4 and up.

If you’re a fan of Video Game remixes, then the name Joshua Morse shouldn’t be a stranger to you. Responsible for several VGM tracks as well as several EP’s, is now on track to release a follow up to his Castlevania remix EP, VLAD, which was released back in 2013. Now two years later, Joshua is back with a new Castlevania based EP, VLAD II. Yes, you hear me correctly, he’s back…….

Featuring even more fan favorite Castlevania tracks, VLAD II fuses chiptunes with jazz and into the dark and twisted jams that only a Castlevania fan could love. But he’s not alone, as another fan favorite, Danimal Cannon (Armcannon, Metroid Metal) is in tow with some sweet guitar action. This 4 track EP will feature the following tracks:

  • Castlevania Symphony of the Night – Rainbow Cementary
  • Castlevania III – Aquarius
  • Castlevania – Wicked Child
  • Castlevania – Heart of Fire

While there’s no date or pricing for the album just yet, the preview does mention that it will be out just in time for Halloween 2015, which is less than 2 weeks away. I just wish it was today, so I’d stop replaying this video over and over. Castlevania was/is one of my favorite gaming series, I grew up on that stuff, so obvious I can’t wait for this to be dropped.

For more information on VLAD II, be sure to head on over to GameChops.

Can’t wait for this, but what took you so long Joshua :)
