Well, this comes as a pleasant surprise. Two of my favorite anime shows, Accel World (Where is Season 2?) and Sword Art Online are getting a brand new game for the PS4 and PS Vita, that combines the two in some sort. In a new teaser video from Bandai Namco, we at the very least see, well nothing. Just some animated sequences of both animes in video game form and that’s it. If it follows the previous Sword Art Online titles, the this could be an action-RPG of sorts.
The teaser states that the game, which is titled “Twilight of Accel World VS Sword Art Online Thousand Years.” will be released sometime in 2017. Hopefully, we get more info on the title before then.
Now if we only ever got that anime that was supposed to be released that put both shows together. But I suppose this game will do.
