While Venom, one of Spider-Man’s most famous villains, and anti-hero, is included in the 15-character roster for Marvel Cosmic Invasion. Wouldn’t you know it, he’s not available to pick from at first, which is a tad bit disappoint. But don’t fret, because we’re going to tell you how to unlock him and all it takes is a bit of effort.
Unlocking Venom
To unlock Venom, you’ll have to make it to the Destromundo (The Fly Menagerie) stage in the game, and then pick Spider-Man, and your secondary character. I recommend picking one that has good range, as it will be helpful since the boss of this stage can be pretty quick and some of its attacks covers a lot of ground.
Once you make it to the boss, it will be none other than Venom. He’s fast, strong, and he’s constantly moving around the fighting area, so getting in full combos is hard. He hits like a truck, so be prepared to block or dodge as soon as you see him coming towards you.
Can beat the boss however you like, but Spider-Man must get in the last hit. However, once you beat him, you’ll be rewarded as Venom will now selectable the roster!
