Marvel Cosmic Invasion has a bunch of colorful superheroes that you can play with, but there are also several palette swaps that you can unlock by doing various things to use even more colors. We’ll explain how to unlock those palette swaps.
First up, every character has 8 different color swaps. Your original palette, and 7 more than can be unlocked.
Unlocking Palette Swaps in Marvel Cosmic Invasion
There are two ways that you’ll have to complete to unlock the additional character swaps. The first is the easiest, and that’s by completely leveling up any character. Once you hit the max level, you’ll unlock a palette.
The second method, is a bit more complicated as it requires you to complete level objectives, finding the Cosmic Cubes in the levels and a bunch of other stuff that I haven’t completely figured out. However, in doing so you’ll be rewarded points that can be used in the Cosmic Matrix to unlock Cosmic Cubes.
The thing with this is that you won’t know what cubes will unlock the other character palettes. But thankfully, I’ve unlocked all of the ones you’ll need, taking out the guess work.
Looking at the image below, all of the purple cubes are the ones that unlock the character palette swaps. Once you’ve earned your points, be sure to unlock these first.
