The Pokemon Company Drops Teaser For Upcoming Pokemon Presents

What are you up to, Pikachu?
By Todd BlackJuly 15, 2025
Pokemon Presents, Pokemon Day, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, The Pokemon Company, Pokemon Legends Z-A

There’s a lot going on this month, so you’d be forgiven for forgetting that there’s a Pokemon Presents coming next week. It’ll drop on the 22nd, and many are hoping for some big reveals from it, especially since the Pokemon Day event earlier in the year was…well, not the best. We don’t know what exactly The Pokemon Company has planned overall, but they did drop a teaser to let you know that things are cooking. Or, more accurately, that Pikachu is up to something. You can see the teaser below:

Obviously, this could be as simple as Pikachu turning on the screen to let the Pokemon Presents begin. Or, it could be that it’s activating something that’ll reveal something like Gen 10! It’s really hard to predict what The Pokemon Company is up to.

If we were to make a prediction, it’d be that a new trailer will drop for Pokemon Legends Z-A, as the title is officially coming out in October. There is also Pokemon Champions, which got announced during the Pokemon Day show. It’s a combat-focused title, but we still don’t have too many details on it.

Given recent events, it might be best to let expectations be low this time around. That way, when you ARE surprised, it’ll feel more meaningful.
