Following a two-month delay, Netflix will begin broadcasting The Fragrant Flower Blooms with Dignity this Sunday. The Cloverworks series originally aired in Japan starting in July and was one of the most anticipated new anime of 2025.
The September 7th release of the first two episodes in America coincides with the Japanese release of episode ten. Its Japanese run has since generated an 8.71 rating on My Anime List, making it the second-highest rated anime of 2025 so far.
In advance of its western release, AnimeNYC held a special screening of the English dub last month. Netflix also revealed details surrounding the English cast, which includes Robbie Daymond as Rintaro Tsumugi and Bijou Middlebrooks as Kaoruko Waguri.
There are no details as to why Netflix chose to delay the western release, but they plan on sticking to a consistent weekly schedule throughout its entire season.
