Sora Amiibo Arrives, Meaning Super Smash Bros Ultimate Is “Done”

By Todd BlackFebruary 16, 2024
Super Smash Bros Ultimate, Sora, Masahiro Sakurai

Today is a big day for Nintendo fans, as the final Amiibo in the Super Smash Bros Ultimate set has arrived! That’s right, Sora is here! The Amiibo line for the game has been one of the “big things” that fans have been dedicated to ever since it started back in the Wii U days. Heck, two of my co-hosts on the Nintendo Entertainment Podcast have been adamant Amiibo collectors, with one of them having the entire set now that the last figure has arrived.

As you might have guessed, Nintendo was more than happy to post about the completed set of Super Smash Bros Ultimate Amiibo now that “Sora is finally here!” Check out the picture with all the Amiibo below:

But that’s not all! The man behind the game, Masahiro Sakurai, posted that he is now “done with work” on the game now that Sora’s Amiibo is released. Could this mean he’ll be working on the next one soon? We’ll have to wait and see!

pic.twitter.com/zUBdMtA29y
