Pokemon Legends Z-A Drops Special Live-Action Commercial

By Todd BlackSeptember 30, 2025
Pokemon Legends Z-A, Nintendo Switch 2

The next big Nintendo title to arrive on the Switch/Switch 2 is Pokemon Legends Z-A. The game continues the spinoff line that Arceus kicked off a few years back, but brings with it its own twists and styles. For example, the game takes place entirely within Lumiose City in the Kalos Region. Furthermore, the game features a special day/night cycle where players will help people and catch Pokémon during the day, and then, at night, you’ll take part in a special battle royale where you attempt to get to the top of the rankings so you can get a special wish granted!

To celebrate the game’s upcoming arrival, a special live-action commercial for Pokemon Legends Z-A has dropped, where it shows a young player being brought into Lumiose City and preparing for the battles to come. We get a glimpse of not only the gameplay of the title, but also the focus on Mega Evolution and the events surrounding it.

The game drops on Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 on October 16th.
