As PAX East 2025 wraps up, co-show organizers ReedPop and Penny Arcade have announced that the East Coast’s most-attended gaming event will return to the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center from Thursday, March 26, through Sunday, March 29, 2026.
For many, this change in dates will be a better time to attend the popular event. Personally, I was disappointed to miss this year’s PAX East since it took place over Mother’s Day weekend, which made attending a complete no-go for me. I’m sure others felt the same way.
However, one possible downside is that when PAX East traditionally took place in March, cold weather was always a concern. I can recall several times when, unless I booked a hotel close to the convention center, I found myself regretting the freezing walk to the venue each day.
Still, it’s exciting to see the event return to its usual spring schedule. So, in closing, PAX East 2026 will take place from March 26 through March 29, 2026. Maybe next year, myself and the rest of The Outerhaven team will see you there.
