One Piece is returning to the Las Vegas Sphere! Guests of the 2025 Licensing Expo will be able to check out Monkey D. Luffy on the massive dome for the second time! The event runs from May 19 through May 21.
The Sphere will play host to a special anime created just for it. There is no other way to watch this special animation other than being there in Las Vegas and watching it on the Sphere (or finding a website that will live stream the Sphere from a far-off camera!)
The special animation will feature Monkey D. Luffy, countless highlights from the TV anime, and an appearance of his Gear 5 transformation.
Lisa Yamatoya, the senior director and head of marketing at Toei Animation, had the following to say about the upcoming event: “We’re thrilled to showcase One Piece at Licensing Expo 2025 with an encore of our original activation on the Exosphere, the exterior of Sphere in Las Vegas.
