One of the things that many people didn’t expect to happen when the Nintendo Switch 2 was announced was the reveal that certain OG Switch titles would get “improvements” on the new console. Some of them got full-on new “editions” with extra content or significant upgrades. Others, though, would get free upgrades to help the games play even better on the new system. For those free updates, though, we only knew the games, not what would be improved about them. However, Nintendo made an official post on their website about them, and now we have the full details!

Given that we still don’t know how many big-name titles are coming to the Nintendo Switch 2 in its opening months, you might go back and check out these older titles and see how they play on the new console. All the updates are coming on June 5, so you can play them whenever you get your Switch 2!
