Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection Playable Demo Available on Consoles and PC

Here we go folks! A head of the March 13, 2026, release of Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection, Capcom has dropped a playable for the game onto PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC (Steam).

This demo will include the first chapters of the game, how many that is hasn’t been made clear. Players will be able to create their own characters, and get a taste of the newly revamped battle systems, such as Wyvernsoul Gauge and Synchro Rush, as well as experiencing the duties of a Ranger, such as Habitat Restoration. In addition, all progress of the demo will be transferable to the full version of the game once it gets released.

As someone who didn’t take to the Monster Hunter Stories series until much later on, I found myself being drawn to the series. Not only do I enjoy RPGs, but I’m a huge fan of the Monster Hunter mainline games and have been for quite some time. That said, I did have some concerns with the second game, of which Monster Hunter series producer, Ryozo Tsujimoto, has stated have been addressed in the 3rd game in the series. So, I can’t wait to take the demo for a test drive and see all the changes for myself.

Either way, download the demo, it’s available on all platforms, and then decide if Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection is for you or not.
