Keith Mitchell – Co-Founder and Editor-in-Chief: Keith has been covering video games and technology for more than 14 years. A lifelong PC gamer, he began building PCs at just eight years old and still loves talking about hardware as much as playing games and has a passion for Soulslikes.

Josh Piedra – Managing Editor of Anime & Manga: Josh has been an anime fan for over twenty years. In addition, he is a light novel author with over 35 books published across 6 different series, as well as the owner of Meteora Press, his personal publishing label.

Andrew Agress – Video Games & Entertainment Editor: Andrew comes from the majestic land of New Jersey (the part that doesn’t smell). A big fan of sketch comedy, he writes and performs it whenever possible. He gets his powers from listening to indie folk music and drinking aloe water.

William Kok – Anime & Manga Editor: Philosophical, Gaming, Otaku, at your service! Born in Nintendo’s golden age, his blood runs on Mario and Nintendo. He’s a Full-time gamer, otaku, and student of life.

Sean Garmer – Video Games Editor: A self-proclaimed Nintendo fanboy, born, bred, and mushroom-fed! He’s owned every Nintendo handheld and every console since the SNES. He loved games so much that he got a degree and dreamed of writing video game stories.

Scott Adams – Video Games Editor: He has been involved in the gaming community most of his life but put his toes in it once the PS2 got hold of him. He loves RPGs and stories in games, books, movies, anime, and TV shows. He has a habit of overanalyzing things he enjoys.

Matthew “GetSelious” Paul –Video Content Creator: Matthew “Getselious” Paul is the head of The Outerhaven’s gaming video content creation team, where he’s constantly streaming recent and upcoming indie games on Twitch and The Outerhaven’s YouTube channel.

Kevin Kelly – Fighting Games Staff Editor: A budding game journalist with history on a few blogs, a retro collector, and Virtua Fighter 5 head, Kevin is no slouch on a runback. Kevin is a deep geek on various traits and loves several art books, classic hip hop, and Japanese culture.

Jordan Andow – Video Games Editor:  Jordan has been playing games since the age of six. This ignited a passion that initially led him towards game development before trying his hand in the realm of games media, starting in 2022. Turns out he’s massive fan of Assassin’s Creed and Soulslikes.

Alex Swift – Board Games & Table Top Games Editor: Alex Swift has been a gamer for his entire life with a special love for board games. He also loves building Legos and writing stories. His favorite board games are Everdell, Scythe and The Witcher Old World and really enjoys learning any new games.

James Clarkson – Video Games Editor: Apparently, James has been playing games since before he can walk, and enjoys all types of games, especially sports games and RPGS.

Photography and Social Media

Angelique Mitchell – Though she is the daughter of the editor-in-chief, there’s no hint of nepotism here. Angelique plays a key role in capturing photos and videos at major events like PAX East and New York Comic Con, sharing those moments and more across The Outerhaven’s social media platforms. 

Ryan Yuen – An aspiring social media professional who has years of experience working in the video games and technology industry. His primary responsibilities include promoting the site’s various content on social media and brewing up fun video ideas to engage with the community. He loves four things in life: mecha, anime, video games and chicken wings. Depending on the week, the order of the list changes.
