SEGA and ATLUS have officially announced that Persona 5: The Phantom X (P5X), launching on June 26, 2025, will feature none other than Joker, the protagonist from Persona 5, as a playable character right from the start.
As if that wasn’t enough to hype fans up, a Persona 5-themed event will also roll out with the launch. This event will include exclusive content and the return of familiar faces, including members of the Phantom Thieves of Hearts from Persona 5.
To mark the occasion, Jun Fukuyama, the voice of Joker, recorded a special message and gameplay video. The video offers a glimpse at Joker in action and sets the stage for what’s shaping up to be a major expansion of the Persona 5 universe.
