James Gunn is pushing hard for the DCU to be a success, but it’s very fair to say that the whole crux of the DCU will depend on the Superman film that’s coming in less than two months. With the instability of certain films and their production, and the uncertainty of what comes next, the movie absolutely needs to hit. So, today was a key moment for the film, as the official trailer for the film dropped, showcasing new footage and teasing more about the plot.
In a surprising twist, the trailer starts with Lois Lane actually “interviewing Superman,” but in another twist…it doesn’t go well. We then see more of Lex Luthor and the villains that the Man of Steel will have to tussle with. Oh, and Krypto is also there! Anyway, you can watch the trailer below:
