Capcom will definitely push hard for gamers to try out Resident Evil Requiem when it arrives in February of next year. The game is meant to be an “epilogue” of sorts from past games, while also building upon all that came before, and delivering new scares to the audience. Given the success of the last two mainline games, it’s fair to think that it’ll do well, but you can never be too sure, right? That’s why a certain rumor is going around stating that the game will be ported to the Nintendo Switch 2 and PS4.
This comes from Twitter, where insider Dusk Golem, who has reported a lot about the franchise in the past, says that he’s talked with multiple people “in the know” who point to this being a possibility.
(2/3) five different people in the last few weeks and know another guy with a good reputation said as much less than a week ago. So not from me, but I have been hearing the same thing.
Unsure if it'll be at launch, and my guess is it'll be a different version with different tech

This isn’t an odd thing to think could happen, either, as Capcom has a good relationship with Nintendo, including having Street Fighter 6 as one of the Switch 2’s launch titles, and the company’s President has made it known that they followed the Switch 2’s launch to see how it did.
As for having a PS4 port for Resident Evil Requiem, that’s not odd, either, as that system still has a larger install base, and other titles, including Marvel Rivals, have announced PS4 ports recently. However, until Capcom fully reveals these ports, you should take this only as rumor and speculation.
