Clay is an important resource in Grounded 2, and finding it is easier than you might think. Here’s a quick guide to help you collect clay in the game.
Where to Find Clay
The easiest way to find clay is by heading to an ant hill. Once you’re at an ant hill, such as the one near the snack bar, enter and make your way down into the tunnels.
Inside the ant hill, look for large piles of dirt or rock. These can be tricky to spot in the dark caves, but once you find one, use your omni shovel to dig up the pile. This will give you clay that you can pick up and collect.
You’ll find plenty of clay inside these caves, so be sure to have a mount with you to carry the clay. That way, you can gather as much as you need before heading out.
As for whether Grounded 2 is worth buying, our early access review states, “Grounded 2 is a fun experience and one that is highly recommended if you liked the first game. Just be sure to grab a friend or two to help you with the survival and crafting elements, as many hands make light work.”
