The music group H△G (pronounced “Hug”) from Okazaki City in Aichi Prefecture has announced their move to record label Lantis. Their first songs under the new label will be the opening and ending theme songs for the TV anime Li’l Miss Vampire Can’t Suck Right.
Formed in 2012, H△G is a creative unit centered around their masked vocalist Chiho and includes members from a range of disciplines, including music production, engineering, and design. Free from the constraints of a conventional band, H△G has embraced a flexible music style to pursue innovative forms of expression.
The opening theme song they’ve created evokes the feeling of youth and is overflowing with their unique style. A fitting song to mark their new beginning at Lantis. For the ending theme song, they collaborated with the anime’s heroine, Luna Ishikawa, voiced by Minami Tanaka. This special track is sure to draw attention as it deepens the show’s world-building. You can hear some snippets of the OP theme song “Seishun no Silhouette” (Youthful Silhouette) in the anime’s first promotional video.
The song’s release date and product formats will be announced at a later date.
