G-SHOCK x EVANGELION Team Up For An Anime Collab

G-SHOCK has announced that they have teamed up with Neon Genesis Evangelion to bring to fans a special watch in commemoration of the series’ 30th anniversary!

The watch was degisned by the series’ mechanical designer, Ikuto Yamashita. This timepiece captures the energy and intensity of the anime’s universe through bold detailing and exclusive artwork.

Fans will love the hidden nods woven throughout the design, including:

  • EVA Unit-01 featured across the band and bezel — from its horned headgear to its face and right arm gripping the Spear of Longinus.
  • An inset dial at 9 o’clock inspired by the 3rd Angel, Sachiel.
  • A Y-shaped dial element mirroring the CAUTION pattern seen throughout the series.
  • Subtle EVANGELION callouts like “NEON GENESIS” on the band loop, the NERV logo at the tip, and a 30th anniversary emblem engraved on the case back
