Pixellity, Inc. has announced EVANGELION: Δ CROSS REFLECTIONS, an upcoming virtual and mixed reality video game project that looks to bring the popular series by Hideaki Anno to life.
The project currently calls for a trilogy of games to be produced that will cover the original 26 episodes from the television anime series. The first game, EVANGELION: Δ CROSS REFLECTIONS, will cover episodes 1-11.
In EVANGELION: Δ CROSS REFLECTIONS, players will play the role of a hopeful NERV pilot alongside other trainees. The game’s story will look to connect the new characters’ stories to the main overall story of the EVANGELION series. The hope is to give new fans, who may not have seen the original anime, a highly polished entry point into the series as a whole.
While a release date for the game has not been announced, a playable demo is said to be available in the first half of 2026.
