Remember a few weeks ago when I told you to sign up for the Elden Ring: Nightreign Network Test? Well, hopefully, you did—because the codes are now hitting inboxes. If you signed up, check yours now!

Here is the official schedule for the Elden Ring: Nightreign Network Test. There will be five sessions running from February 14th to 16th.

  • Session 1: Feb 14th, 3 AM – 6 AM PST / 6 AM – 9 AM EST
  • Session 2: Feb 14th, 7 PM – 10 PM PST / 10 PM – Feb 15th, 1 AM EST
  • Session 3: Feb 15th, 11 AM – 2 PM PST / 2 PM – 5 PM EST
  • Session 4: Feb 16th, 3 AM – 6 AM PST / 6 AM – 9 AM EST
  • Session 5: Feb 16th, 7 PM – 10 PM PST / 10 PM – Feb 17th, 1 AM EST

The Network Test will be available on PS5, and Xbox Series X|S, giving players an early hands-on experience with the game. However, details on how much content will be accessible remain unclear.

What is Elden Ring: Nightreign?

Developed by FromSoftware and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment, Elden Ring: Nightreign is a standalone action RPG set to release in 2025 on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

Unlike Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree, Nightreign shifts its focus to cooperative gameplay, allowing solo players or teams of three (but notably, not two-player teams) to explore a procedurally generated map of Limgrave. Players must survive three in-game days, defeating minor bosses that shrink the playable area before an intense final battle.

The game features eight distinct pre-made characters, each with unique abilities and powerful ultimate attacks, promoting strategic teamwork. The world itself is dynamically generated, with terrain elements such as volcanoes, forests, and swamps appearing differently in each playthrough.

Returning Bosses from Dark Souls?

That’s not all—Nightreign will introduce brand-new bosses, but also bring back some legendary foes from past FromSoftware games. We already saw the Nameless King make an appearance in the official reveal trailer, and it’s been confirmed that more bosses from the Dark Souls series will also appear.

I don’t know about you, but I can’t wait to jump into the world of Elden Ring: Nightreign. And no, you can’t have my code.

Elden Ring Nightreign release date has yet to be revealed but given that we’re getting the network test, it’s likely three or four months away.
