Detective Conan

Detective Conan, the beloved mystery series that has captivated fans worldwide for three decades, proudly celebrates its TV series 30th anniversary on January 8th, 2026. To commemorate this monumental milestone, TMS Entertainment has announced exciting initiatives to start the celebrations.

Detective Conan

To kick off the new year, 1-hour special of Detective Conan will be streaming on Crunchyroll on Saturday, January 3rd! The 30th anniversary episode titled Episode “ZERO” The Shinichi Kudo Aquarium Case will serve as a prologue to the first episode of the series, before high school detective Shinichi Kudo had turned into Conan Edogawa.

Continuing with the festivities, more exhilarating episodes will be joining the Detective Conan Episode Selection #2: Rivals of the Great Detective on Crunchyroll and Netflix. The new episodes will continue showcasing key supporting characters Heiji Hattori and Kid the Phantom Thief, as well as explore the dynamic between Shinichi Kudo and Ran Mori. Fans can begin streaming these episodes in both English subtitles and all-new English dub starting January 1st.

Detective Conan: Cinema Saturdays will be reaching its finale on January 3rd with the premiere of the series’ first feature-length movie, Detective Conan: The Time-bombed Skyscraper. This follows the current release schedule of Captured in Her Eyes on December 13th, Strategy Above the Depths on December 20th and Black Iron Submarine on December 27th, and will conclude the ambitious 26-week countdown project bringing together Conan fans to experience the rich history of Detective Conan movies on the official TMS Anime YouTube channel.

Additionally, fans have until January 5th to participate in the Conan with Friends Giveaway Campaign for a chance to win one of 200 Crunchyroll membership codes.
This only marks the start of the celebrations, so stay tuned for more information about the Detective Conan 30th anniversary year!
