Cyberpunk 2077 and Watch Dogs: Legion are the latest Ray Tracing Enabled titles

Upcoming Nvidia RTX ray tracing enabled games 2019

Going into E3 2019, we weren’t sure if we’d find out about any upcoming titles that would incorporate Ray Tracing and take advantage of Nvidia’s RTX cards. Sure enough, we find out about not one, but two games. Cyberpunk 2077, which should have been a given. Followed up by Ubisoft’s Watch Dogs: Legion, which wowed everyone when it was shown off for the first time.

Both games feature massive cities, plenty of bright and glowing lightings. The perfect atmosphere to showcase some impressive ray tracing effects if you ask me.

“Cyberpunk 2077 is an incredibly ambitious game, mixing first person perspective and deep role-playing, while also creating an intricate and immersive world in which to tell this story. We believe the world of Cyberpunk will greatly benefit from the realistic lighting that ray tracing delivers,” said Matt Wuebbling, head of GeForce marketing at NVIDIA.

“Ubisoft goes to painstaking lengths to recreate the cities featured in their games, and ray tracing will add a whole depth to the new look and feel of the London-based Watch Dogs: Legion,” said Matt Wuebbling, head of GeForce marketing at NVIDIA. “NVIDIA’s history of helping with Watch Dogs goes back to the beginning of the franchise, and we are ready to wow PC gamers once again with ray tracing in Watch Dogs: Legion.”

Look for Cyberpunk 2077 to be released on April 16, 2020, for PC. While Watch Dogs: Legion releases on March 6, 2020. I can’t wait for either of them.
