CRKD Nitro Deck 2 Has Arrived

By Scott AdamsDecember 12, 2025

CRKD, the premium collectible gaming brand, announced today the blockbuster sequel of the season, with Nitro Deck 2 pre-orders starting today, and expected to ship beginning Spring 2026.

Announced today exclusively during a special presentation during the IGN post-show for The Game Awards 2025, the Nitro Deck 2 is the much-requested successor to the original CRKD Nitro Deck, the debut product from the popular gaming brand and a highly acclaimed accessory for the original Nintendo Switch.

We reviewed the original Nitro Deck, and one issue was that putting it on the Nintendo Switch could be a bit of a hassle. Seeing that the Nitro Deck 2 will be a lot more customizable, and you won’t have to fiddle around with putting your palm on the screen to get it on and off, is a nice change. Also to note, is I didn’t see much of a purpose in getting a better ergonomics handle on the original Nintendo Switch, due to the size and weight of the original Switch. That is not how I feel about the Nintendo Switch 2, however. It is bigger and a little bulkier with no grip to stabilize yourself with. It does mess with me, so I am super stoked that the Nitro Deck 2 is coming out!

Launching in White and Smoke Black, both featuring Metallic CRKD color Thumbstick

Bases, cost and details of Nitro Deck 2 and associated accessories are as follows:

  • Nitro Deck 2 — $99.99 USD / £89.99 GBP / €99.99 EUR
  • Nitro Deck 2 Hardshell Carry Case — $39.99 USD / £34.99 GBP / €39.99 EUR
  • D-Pad / Stick Top Packs — $19.99 USD / £19.99 GBP / €19.99 EUR (expected to ship Spring 2026)

Included In Package:

  • Nitro Deck 2 Controller
  • Centrepiece
  • Legacy Adapter
  • Wired Mode Adapter
  • Charging Cable

Nitro Deck 2 is estimated to be shipping in the Spring of next year. You can pre-order or find more details on the official CRKD site.
