Idea Factory International has released a brand new trailer for Calamity Angels: Special Delivery. This newest trailer shows off a lot of the combat gameplay as well as some nice voice acting in the mix.
I have been following the game for a bit and did a deep dive into the combat when the website got an update following the release date announcement. We do get to see the turn-based combat in action, though this time around in the trailer. It looks like there is a lot of luck involved and quirks that appear due to your band of misfits. Some get extra damage randomly, and others will get turned into frogs at times. Makes combat an interesting dynamic to see which characters have a better chance at fitting into a party.
The PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch versions of Calamity Angels: Special Delivery are still slated for release on February 17th, 2026. We have no release time frame within 2026 yet for the Steam release. It could be a little later than the console versions getting released, or it could be much farther out.
