Arc System Works has officially announced the “ARC SYSTEM WORKS Showcase”, airing on June 27 at 6 PM PDT / 9 PM EDT. This event will highlight the latest updates straight from the studio known for its high-energy fighters. If you needed an example of that, look no further than Dragon Ball FighterZ and the recently revealed Marvel Tokon Fighting Souls.
Among the projects currently in development is a revival of the classic beat ’em up series Double Dragon, now reimagined as Double Dragon Revive. Also in the works is the recently announced Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls, a 4v4 fighting game that clearly draws influence from Capcom’s beloved Versus series. When the Marvel project was revealed earlier in June 2025, Arc System Works mentioned that more details were on the way, and this showcase could be exactly that moment.
Or, perhaps we’re going to find out about new projects that Arc System Works has in its pocket that have not been revealed yet. It does state that we’ll get new announcements. But what exactly, is the question on my mind.
