The Arc Raiders Prickly Pears are a somewhat tricky resource to find, but once you know its whereabouts, you can spot it, and you’ll likely pick one up by the end of a round. Once you’ve found this peculiar fruit, you’ll be able to level up your rooster Scrappy, who forages all sorts of materials for you. What a useful pet!
Take a Gander in the Dam Battlegrounds for Arc Raiders Prickly Pears
Your first stop is the Dam Battlegrounds, and you’ll want to head north of the Power Generation Complex. There are multiple bushes along this hilly landscape. Look for bushes that have cacti leaves. These round leaves hold Prickly Pears beneath them on the floor. The fruit resembles a red potato with a white, prickly exterior. Pick them up from the ground if you see any. You may need to check multiple bushes in the area to find them. There is a chance they may not show at all.
Once you’ve found some Prickly Pears, the easiest exit is the North Complex Elevator, which is inside the Power Generation Complex.
Prickly Pear Location #2 is in the Buried City
While exploring the Buried City, head east of the Space Travel and Research areas of the map into the greenery on the right side. You’ll find plenty of patches of cacti within this area. Look for these fauna again until you find the prickly plants and then look to the ground. More Prickly Pears should be on the ground. You may be able to find Rusted Gears in the Buried City as well.
Prickly Pear Location #3
One small location you can spot Prickly Pears in Arc Raiders is in the Pale Apartments area in the Dam Battlegrounds. It’s in the northwestern section of the map. The Prickly cacti are located near the road, under the moss-covered apartments. From the past two times of visiting this location, there was at least one Prickly Pear.
