Make it a date for August 2017!
The release date of Sonic Mania has been one that seemingly has changed multiple times. However, none of those release dates were actually announced by Sega. That said, we finally have an official release date for Sonic’s latest adventure and that date is August 2017. Yes, this official. It even includes a nice pre-order trailer as well.
This also lines up with the leaked release date of August 15, that was previously mentioned on Steam.
Sonic Mania arrives this August! Join Sonic, Tails, & Knuckles in a new 2D Adventure as they explore brand new levels, re-live completely updated classics, and battle fearsome new bosses. Get ready for the ultimate celebration of past and future. Get ready for Sonic Mania.
It has definitely been a long time, and I know everyone is hyped about this upcoming Sonic title. Hopefully, we’ll get to see more of the title at E3 2017 as well. Fingers and toes crossed!
