By Keith MitchellSeptember 3, 2013

The other day we reported on Kenji Inafune’s latest project, Mighty No.9, which is a spiritual successor to his previous robotic champion, Mega Man. As you all know he put this project up on Kickstarter to get it funded and laid out several stretch goals that includes extra stages, new bosses, a new game mode and even porting the game to the PS3/Xbox 360/Wii U.

We’ll so far it looks like all of those goals will be met as the project has hit 1.2 million in only two days. In fact at the time of this update it was sitting at $1,260,835 and it’s only going up from there as there are 28 days left to go.
