SteelSeries Finds a Way for Wireless Audio on the Nintendo Switch

By Clinton Bowman-ChristieMarch 10, 2017

Good news, Nintendo Switch owners!

We have found out that SteelSeries has found a way to do wireless audio via the Nintendo Switch’s dock. While talking with SteelSeries Marketing Manager Brian Fallon, he stated that they stumbled on a way for the Arctis 7 headset to be used wirelessly while at home.

First, you take the wireless receiver and attach it to the dock. Afterwards you attach the 3.5mm connector from the wireless dongle to your Switch’s 3.5mm port, and voila! Wireless audio for your Switch (at least at home.)

Stay tuned for the full interview with Brian from PAX East 2017 coming this weekend!

The Arctis 7 from SteelSeries is available now for an MSRP of $129.99.
