Amazon to Sell Their Own Giftbox Full of Sweet Treats

By Keith MitchellFebruary 23, 2017

Amazon is constantly trying to one-up the competition by providing a service or product that others simply don’t have. Well, now they’ve piqued my interest and this may likely do the same for you. This morning I received an invitation to try out a new service called “Prime Surprise Sweets”.

This appears to be a gift box subscription to perhaps some of the finest sweet treats found in North America. Amazon Prime Surprise Treats is connected to their Amazon Dash Button service, with the button costing $4.99. After that, the Prime Surprise Sweets gift box will run you $18 with two-day shipping.

Right now the Dash Button is via invite only, but if you head over to here, you can request one.

This is the description Amazon provided;

You can be one of the first to try the new Prime Surprise Sweets, a box of curated artisan treats you can request with the push of a Dash Button. We’ve scoured the country for the best artisan treats and every time you push the button, we’ll deliver a new box of different, indulgent sweets sure to tantalize your taste buds. Due to limited quantities, if you wait too long you may miss your chance to be one of the very first but, rest assured, we will let you know when you can purchase your button and treat yourself to a sweet surprise!

We’ll definitely be taking advantage of this when it becomes available and will let our readers know more about it then. I guess it’s time to start reviewing candies and other sweets of that nature. Sounds like fun.

*This is not a paid promotion, we just wanted to let you know that.*
