THQ Nordic’s remastered edition of original Darksiders, Darksiders Warmastered Edition, is set to be released next week for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. However, as of today, the company has also announced that the PlayStation 4 version will include several PlayStation 4 Pro enhancements, including 4K support. Darksiders Warmastered Edition Features:
- PS4, Xbox One and Wii U versions of Darksiders (Wrath of War)
- Native 1080p rendering resolution for console platforms
- 4k support for PC and PS4 Pro
- Doubled all the texture resolutions
- Rendering improvements and rework
- 60 FPS in moment to moment gameplay (30 for Wii U)
Sadly, the PC version wouldn’t be released until much later, November 29th, 2016. While the Wii U version is still in development, with no release date currently available.
