On the official Hot Wheels Twitter account a short movie was shown that revealed that Mattel is making six specialized Hot Wheels cars based on Mario and friends.
There are cars based on Mario, Luigi, Peach, Yoshi, Bowser, and Toad. Each one is beautifully made to look, or at least represent, the classic characters from Nintendo.
It’s unclear as of yet when the cars will be made available. It’s possible we’ll get a reveal from Nintendo during their upcoming Nintendo Direct. If not, Mattel will likely give a release date soon.
