NiGHTS into Dreams heads to PC, PSN and XBLA

Although it seems like gloom and doom for the once great SEGA, it seems that a  ray of sunshine still be seen from them. SEGA recently announced that the cult classic, NiGHTS into Dreams, is heading onto the PC (via Steam), PSN and XBLA. Thankfully ti won’t be a straight port as the title is getting the HD treatment, a 16:9 aspect ratio, an online leaderboard, trophies / achievements and also a mode that faithfully reproduces the original Saturn version… graphics and sounds.

I loved this game when I was younger… hell I still love it, I even have the original controller for it.[youtube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qb_CJLofgPY[/youtube]Good job SEGA, now if you would only localize Phantasy Star Online 2 and port Daytona 2!
