Cliff Bleszinski’s Studio Debuts with Free-to-Play FPS titled Lawbreakers

By Mark SullivanAugust 26, 2015

Former Gears of War designer Cliff “CliffyB” Bleszinski has unveiled his studio’s debut project. The game from Boss Key Productions, called Lawbreakers, is a free-to-play first person shooter that takes place after the moon is destroyed, thus causing the laws of gravity on Earth to break (ah ha!).

Explained in the reveal trailer, players will pick sides as gangs arise in the game’s world, having to either uphold or break the law (ah ha again!). You can check out the reveal trailer below.

Lawbreakers is slated to arrive sometime in 2016.

Mark is a student in Philadelphia currently working towards a B.S. in Information Science & Technology. Starting in 1998 with a hand-me-down PS1 and the demo for Spyro The Dragon (which he played COUNTLESS times), his love of gaming soon elevated when he borrowed Final Fantasy VII from a friend for the first time. Now he's an avid collector, a semi-expert trophy hunter, and an overall lover of video games. Favorite games are Final Fantasy VII (I know, deal with it), Metal Gear Solid 2, Resident Evil 4, Dark Souls, and Psychonauts, to name a few.
