Aniplex Previews Fate/stay night Unlimited Blade Works English Dub

On Thursday, Aniplex of America began to stream a trailer to promote the upcoming English dub release of Fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Works. The anime follows the storyline of the game’s Unlimited Blade Works route. The television anime recently completed in Japan and was streamed in the United States via Crunchyroll, Hulu Plus, as well as on the Aniplex Channel. Aniplex released the first part of the show’s season on March 25th in both Japan and the United States in Bluray format; however, that was a sub-titled release.

The first part of the English dub will release in the United States on August 25, 2015.  It will contain episodes 0 through 12, spanning across four discs, and will have both English and Japanese audio.  There will be English and Spanish subtitle options if you wish to watch the anime in its native language. The limited edition of the Blu-Ray will include the trailer, TV Spot, commercial, promo videos, a textless version of the opening and ending, the first part of the original soundtrack, a 24-page deluxe booklet, and an exclusive collectible Weiss Schwarz PR card.  The package contents of the limited edition will include double-sided wrap for the Blu-Ray disc case, and a chipboard box art featuring an illustration from Takashi Takeuchi.

The limited edition is priced at $219.98 (retail) and $179.98 (store). There will also be a DVD version available that will include the textless opening and ending as well as ending video extras. The DVD set is priced at $99.98 (retail) and $79.98 (store).
