Killing Floor 2 gets a release date for PC

By Keith MitchellApril 7, 2015

It’s about time! Tripwire Interactive has finally announced when Killing Floor 2 will get a release date and it’s sooner than I expected. Set to be released via Steam’s Early Access on April 21, 2015.

And while Early Access isn’t an actual release date, gamers will be able to purchase the game in it’s ongoing development stage and will be similar to the build that PCGamer got their hands on with.

The title will cost you $30 and will include four classes, three maps and 11 or so monsters to slaughter or be slaughtered by. While currently not open for purchase, you can check out the Steam access here.

Not sure if Killing Floor 2 is for you? Well check out the recorded game footage below, courteous of PCGamer.com. That said, I can’t wait to get my hands on it and hopefully it replaces another similar title that is the present zombie/monster blasting pastime in my household.

Killing Floor 2 will also be available for the PlayStation 4, however no mention of it’s release date has been mentioned as of yet.  For more info on Killing Floor 2, check out their website at http://killingfloor2.com/overview.aspx
