The Flash/Arrow spin-off show have found their Rip Hunter and Hawkgirl. Rip Hunter will be played by Arthur Darvill. Darvill is known as playing Rory Williams on Doctor Who and his character, Rip Hunter, is the time-traveling secretive son of time-traveler, Booster Gold, and is credited with creating time travel technology in the DC Universe. Ciara Renée will play Hawkgirl, the character made famous from the 2000 era Justice League Unlimited cartoon. Ciara made her debut last year on Law & Order: SVU. The two will be joining current and incoming characters from The Flash and Arrow; The Atom, Captain Cold, Heat Wave, Dr. Martin Stein, a character expected to be Sara Lance, and two unannounced “never-before-seen in live-action major DC characters.”
