The beloved John Wick franchise is finally getting the big budget video game fans have been waiting for. At PlayStation’s State Of Play, developer Saber Interactive announced a new AAA video game based on Lionsgate’s billion-dollar John Wick franchise. Tailored for mature audiences and currently in development for PlayStation, Xbox and PC.
The new single-player third-person action game promises to combine John Wick’s unparalleled, adrenaline-fueled “gun-fu” fighting style with Saber’s proven reputation for creating thrilling gaming experiences. Importantly, John Wick franchise director Chad Stahelski and star Keanu Reeves are both involved in the game’s production, with Reeves signed on to reprise his iconic character’s look, voice and more.

It will expand on the franchise’s lore during that time with familiar characters fans already know and love, as well as compelling new ones created specifically for this production.
Saber’s authentic design will deliver on the signature style and unique elements fans expect from a John Wick mission, including a hard-hitting gun-fu combat system, jaw-dropping camerawork, intense driving experiences, cinematic storytelling, and a bold range of atmospherically immersive environments, all crafted to make players feel like they are in a John Wick movie, playing the role of the Baba Yaga himself.
