Shift Up Partners With Tencent For New Multiplatform Game, Project Spirits

Shift Up has been doing well with the PC release of Stellar Blade, which has become the best-selling PC port of a PlayStation exclusive. Possibly due to that, Shift Up wants its next title to be multiplatform. We now have more details about the next title Shift Up is planning, as Tencent has issued a new press release.

Level Infinite, Tencent’s global publishing brand, announced today that it has entered into a publishing agreement with SHIFT UP for the company’s upcoming cross-platform title, Project Spirits.

Project Spirits is a cross-platform game for PC, consoles, and mobile developed on Unreal Engine 5, through a co-development collaboration between SHIFT UP and Tencent’s affiliate, Yongxing Interactive. Yongxing Interactive is dedicated to creating top-quality games. Its core team consists of senior members from leading game companies specializing in ACG games, bringing together solid industry experience and development capabilities.

It is worth noting that this isn’t the first title Tencent has helped Shift Up publish, as Level Infinite is still the publisher for GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE.
