Berriz has officially rolled out its online fan store, “Berriz Shop,” adding a commerce function to its existing community features.

Berriz

The store offers a variety of items ranging from official merchandise and limited editions to fan club memberships across assorted K-culture IPs, including K-pop artists, dramas and webtoons. Reflecting the distinctive identities of each label, artist and content, Berriz Shop provides unique, conceptual designs customized for each. This way, fans can move beyond traditional MD purchasing and immerse themselves in fresh storytelling and a deeper emotional connection.

Notably, SM Entertainment’s SMTOWN & STORE has opened its doors on Berriz Shop, selling some 1,000 items, including official MD from its top-tier artists like BoA, TVXQ!, SUPER JUNIOR, Girls’ Generation, SHINee, EXO, Red Velvet, NCT 127, NCT DREAM, WayV, aespa, RIIZE, NCT WISH and Hearts2Hearts. Some upcoming SMTOWN & STORE releases ― such as special MD celebrating an artist’s debut or birthday ― will be sold exclusively on Berriz Shop, serving as SM Entertainment’s official online store.

Berriz Shop also offers the 2026 Season’s Greetings of high-profile artists including IU, WOODZ, MONSTA X, IVE, KiiiKiii, IDID, and NOWZ. Pre-sale for i-dle is set to begin at 2 p.m. on Nov. 20 (KST.) Going forward, Berriz plans to expand its scope through collaborations with various partners across the K-culture industry, gradually opening new stores for different IPs.

For its global fans, Berriz currently provides a range of services tailored to their needs. The platform, available in 18 languages including Korean and English, has built a global payment and delivery system featuring worldwide shipping supported by roughly 500 logistics hubs, multi-currency payment options, and more. Customer support will be available in four languages ― Korean, English, Chinese and Japanese ― with a variety of online and offline promotions and services planned, such as digital-linked services via the Berriz app and pop-up stores.

“Berriz Shop will unfold new stories for multiple K-culture IPs and take the fan experience to the next level,” Kakao Entertainment said. “Berriz will continue to showcase a wide spectrum of services that bring global K-culture fandoms together to enjoy content and form connections, thereby creating new moments and culture for them.”

Berriz is a global K-culture fan platform that brings together fans of all kinds of K-culture IP from artists and creators to dramas, films, webtoons and musicals. It is a new playground where they can interact closely with their beloved K-pop stars via livestreams, chat with lifelike AI personas modeled after their favorite drama characters, and explore witty keywords generated from their own comments. With the introduction of Berriz Shop, the platform plans to deliver a differentiated commerce journey in addition to its fandom experience.
