MAGES announced that the Steins;Gate RE:BOOT visual novel has been delayed until 2026, citing issues with quality and a desire to improve it. The game serves as a remastered version of the original visual novel.

The visual novel spawned a sequel, Steins;Gate 0, along with two television anime adaptations, an anime movie adaptation, and an OVA.
