November is shaping up to be a standout month for the Nintendo Switch 2. As we pointed out in the Nintendo Entertainment Podcast today, the console has sold well over 10 million units, and its gaming lineup is growing this month on two fronts. First, Hyrule Warriors Age of Imprisonment is now out, and Kirby Air Riders will follow in just two weeks’ time. The game is the sequel to the iconic Nintendo GameCube title, and Masahiro Sakurai put his all into making the game special. However, if you didn’t play the original, and you want to know whether it’d be worth your time, there’s some good news starting tomorrow.
A demo is coming out, and tomorrow will be the first of two dates on which you can play the game online. As noted by a press release given to us, you’ll have two options on how to play after getting a tutorial. You can do City Trial mode as Kirby, Meta Knight, King Dedede, and certain other characters, or you can see how things are in Offline Mode.
City Trial mode is where you’ll get to play against numerous other characters and attempt to get the best ride and stats so that you can take on the challenges that happen after a 5-minute period.
Here are the times that the Kirby Air Riders online section will be active:
| Nov. 8-9 | Nov. 15-16 | ||

The game itself arrives on November 20th exclusively on Nintendo Switch 2.
