Manga Planet Opens Pre-Orders for Psychedelia Manga Series

By Josh PiedraOctober 2, 2025

Manga Planet is happy to announce the print release of the Boys’ Love (BL) title Psychedelia by Hidebu Takahashi through the futekiya imprint.

The new print editions are now open for pre-order (as of October 2nd) via Kinokuniya USA’s online store, and will be available for early-bird sale at New York Comic Con 2025 from October 9th to 12th at the Kinokuniya Bookstore booth (#3301).

Psychedelia

An “out-of-body” experience for two

Shohei “Mizo” Mizoshiri is a junior detective in love with his work senior, Toranosuke Hino. Though his lips stay sealed, Mizo’s mind can’t help but fantasize about Hino from afar.

When an ongoing investigation goes wrong, leaving Hino in a coma and Mizo suspended from work, Mizo can’t help but blame himself. How could he have let this happen? If Hino dies, it’s all his fault.

As Mizo arrives home, his spiraling guilt screeches to a halt when he opens the door and finds… Hino’s living spirit?!

Price: $12.99 USD

Initial release of Psychedelia will be exclusive to Kinokuniya USA and will also be made available in Kinokuniya USA stores after New York Comic Con 2025. For information on whether specific locations will carry these titles, please contact your local Kinokuniya store.

For those who cannot access Kinokuniya USA stores, following their initial release, bookstores outside of the United States (or bookstores who are able to segment out US-based orders) will be eligible to carry Psychedelia.
