It was announced that Hekiru Hikawa’s Hanaori-san Still Wants to Fight in the Next Life manga series will receive a television anime in 2026.

The story of Hanaori-san Still Wants to Fight in the Next Life is described as follows:

The story follows Ryūsei Narukami, a shut-in who spends his days playing games, but who had once been a Demon King in another world. It also follows Meteor Hanaori, the former hero who defeated him and is now a high school girl. This romantic comedy between a former Demon King and a former Hero is now set to be brought to life as an anime.
