I’ve made no bones about the fact that I LOVE Donkey Kong Bananza. In the latest Nintendo Entertainment Podcast episode, I even made it clear that despite my playing another GOTY contender in Expedition 33 recently, this game is still my personal “Game of the Year.” That shouldn’t be too surprising, as my review gave it a 5/5. Anyway, one of the things I loved about the game, aside from its adorable DK and Pauline friendship, the open-world-smashing greatness, and all the BANANAS…was the music. Old and new tracks were in the title, and now, some are on Nintendo Music!
As you’ll see below, they brought some key tracks to Nintendo Music, including the “Kong Bananza” transformation track, and the absolutely beautiful “Breaking Through” track that literally brings me to tears every time I hear it.
Oh, a special release!
A playlist featuring select music from Donkey Kong Bananza is now available on the #NintendoMusic app!

Oh, and if you somehow haven’t played Donkey Kong Bananza yet, fear not, not only is it available now, but there’s also a demo for the main game that you can try out to see what you think! Plus, there’s also some paid DLC available right now that’ll take you to DK Island and give you some roguelike fun to enjoy.
