Hololive’s All For One Concert – A Diamond Stellar Stellar Experience

Hololive Stars Shines in New York City
By William "Shadowz" KokSeptember 8, 2025
All For One

There is something to be said about the growth of Cover Corporation and the boom in interest in VTubers since the COVID-19 pandemic. At a time when so many of us were separated, people found comfort and joy in VTubers, who entertained and lifted spirits. If there is one thing to credit Cover Corporation for, it is exactly this.

I personally fell into the VTuber rabbit hole with a few indie VTubers before I discovered the growing company that is Cover Corp and Hololive. What really hooked me was their alumni talent, Kiryu Coco. She was one of the first English-speaking Hololive VTubers, and she helped pave the way for the generations of Hololive English that followed. Today there are four generations of Hololive English: Myth, Council/Promise, Advent, and Justice. The growth has been astonishing. And now, we have reached All For One.

When I first heard Hololive would be bringing their debut concert Connect the World to the West and to Los Angeles, it was exciting news. Their second concert, Breaking Dimension, raised the bar, and when I learned it would be coming to my own borough of Brooklyn, I had to be there. Attending that show at Kings Theatre last year was indescribable. Simply put, you had to be there.

Fast forward to 2025. Cover Corp revealed their third concert, All For One, would be held once again in New York. This time it would take place at one of Broadway’s most prestigious venues, Radio City Music Hall. For me, attending was an easy decision. It happened to coincide with Anime NYC weekend, and though I was mentally drained from my day job, this concert became the perfect capstone for that weekend.

If Breaking Dimension was unforgettable, All For One felt like coming home. For two nights, the Hololive community united in New York City, just as the concert’s name suggested. All for one. Everyone together for one purpose. If it is not already obvious, I absolutely loved this concert. Like the title of this article suggests, it truly was a stellar experience.

(Disclaimer: Tickets were provided by Cover Corporation and The Conduite for coverage and review of the event. All opinions are my own and do not represent Cover Corporation or its properties. Special thanks to William Goldstien, Alex Rushin, and Ann Marie for their support and hospitality. You are all fantastic.)

The First Night

On the first night, my colleague and friend Matthew Paul and I made our way from the Javits Center, where Anime NYC was held, to Radio City Music Hall. Like with any panel or convention, the rule of thumb is to arrive at least an hour early to beat the crowds. It was about a half-hour walk, and along the way, we saw many fans heading in the same direction.

Dead Beats, KFPs, Ruffians, and countless other Hololive fan groups were making the journey together. Seeing them all gather for the same purpose is always a sight to behold. If there is one thing they all share, it is friendliness and openness. Normal is overrated, and in New York City nothing ever feels normal anyway.

We arrived around 3:30 PM and found the early crowd to be manageable. Compared to Kings Theatre during Breaking Dimension, this was much better organized. The security staff were excellent, especially one security officer who was incredibly kind and helpful. She deserves the highest praise and recognition from the Radio City Music Hall team, and the Hololive community has certainly noticed.

Getting inside was no problem. If you haven’t already, I recommend checking out my coverage of the Kenshi Yonezu JUNK Tour concert, which was my first time at Radio City. I was already familiar with the layout, which made things easy.

One surprise, however, was the lack of a merchandise booth. Most concerts have them, so I had hoped to grab one of the All For One light pens that had sold out online. Unfortunately, there were none available. I can understand the concerns about crowding and cost, but it was still a little disappointing.

In the basement, there were banners and bouquets of flowers for each Holo EN group. One standout was a separate bouquet for Raora Panthera of Justice, created by her community, the Chattinos. The display was beautiful and touching, showing just how much love and pride fans have for these talents. Supporting your favorite idols, oshis, or role models and watching them succeed is inspiring. Their happiness becomes your happiness, and sometimes even motivation for your own life.

We had no trouble finding our seats, thanks to Ann Marie for assisting with PR arrangements. I also tried Radio City’s popcorn for the first time, which came in a collectible box. A small but fun surprise.

For those who want the high-energy mosh pit experience, Orchestra section seats are the way to go, as long as you are prepared to stand and have strong knees. They are expensive, but I heard of some being gifted or sold at reduced prices by fans, which is heartwarming. If you are saving money, the Mezzanine seats still offer a great view. Truthfully, every seat at Radio City is excellent.

Before the show started, the fandom energy was already in full swing. Chants, catchphrases, and inside jokes filled the hall: Bau Baus, Huzzahs, WAHs, Justice chants, Shuba Shubas. The sense of unity was overwhelming, and you could feel the excitement building.

The lights dimmed, the crowd roared, and the intro video began. Every member was introduced to thunderous cheers, and the concert kicked off with the theme song, All For One. This song perfectly captured the spirit of the event: unity, passion, and love. The energy in the room was electric as everyone sang the chorus together. I even found myself shouting along. It was pure chills.

I even shouted the lyrics of All For One! It was a moment when the fans were completely synchronized and harmonized.

The concert then continued with Advent’s song, Genesis. All the members of Advent, including Nerrissa, Bijou, Fuwawa, Mococo, and Shiori, brought incredible hype to the performance. The track carried the theme of criminals and free spirits, making it feel like the perfect club song.

Next came our first solo of the night, performed by Ina with TEMARI. There are many reasons people adore Ina and proudly call themselves Takodachis. This song was moving and haunting, carrying strong NieR vibes.

Afterward, the first MC segment began with Ina and Baelz, who engaged the crowd and reminded online viewers that the free YouTube preview would be ending, while the stream would continue for those with tickets. Watching it in person, though, was a completely different experience. On stream, the audience volume had been toned down, but in the venue, the chants and cheers created an electric atmosphere. If you can attend a Hololive concert in person, do it.

Justice then made their debut with ABOVE BELOW. The song absolutely pumped up the crowd, and I found myself especially drawn to Raora and Elizabeth’s energy. When the audience shouted “JUSTICE! JUST LIKE THAT!” I got absolute chills. It was one of my favorite songs of the night.

The first guest appearance soon followed, with Oozora Subaru performing Hot Duck alongside FUWAMOCO and Bijou. It was a fun play on words with “Hot Dog,” and yes—the entire song was literally about hot dogs. The crowd loved it.

Baelz then took the stage with her original track RxRxR, joined by Mori Calliope. This high-energy performance had the New York crowd roaring, with Baelz’s audience engagement standing out as top tier.

The next guest was Tokoyami Towa, who appeared with Kronii and IRyS to perform Gravity. I had heard Towa sing before, but hearing her live with IRyS and Kronii left me awe-struck. Her power and tone matched the original song perfectly, and the performance resonated deeply with the audience.

Another MC segment followed with the three, leading to one of the funniest moments of the night. As a Japanese guest visiting New York for the first time, Towa was taught the stereotypical phrase “Ay, I’m walkin’ here!” by Kronii and IRyS. As a New Yorker, I can confirm we don’t actually say that—it is just a movie line—but the crowd loved it. Towa nailed the pronunciation and was immediately granted honorary New Yorker status by the fans.

The energy shifted again with Cecelia Immergreen’s solo, Wind-up. It was a lighthearted, breezy performance that brought out a sea of green penlights. Watching the coordinated glow throughout the venue was a beautiful sight.

Raora Panthera then performed Gacha x Gacha Adventure!. From her debut, I have proudly considered myself a Chattino. With her Italian heritage, warm personality, and infectious charm, it is easy to see why so many adore her. This song was pure cuteness and a perfect example of moe—a big cat with big dreams. RAO!

She and Nerrissa Ravencrodt then returned for an MC session, which included a playful moment of penlight waves and Nerrissa teasing Raora’s fluffy tail.

Nerrissa followed up with her original track, In My Feelings. Matt and I are big fans of city pop, and this song captured that vibe perfectly. Her soothing vocals and heartfelt lyrics made it the ideal soundtrack for New York City.

The next guest appearance came from Ayunda Risu of Hololive Indonesia, who performed ALiCE&u alongside Nerrissa and Elizabeth. The combination of their voices was breathtaking, especially when they hit the soaring high notes. It was so powerful it felt like the entire crowd ascended with them. Afterward, Elizabeth and Risu returned for an MC session, which would not have been complete without Risu slipping in a classic “Deez Nutz” joke.

Then it was IRyS’s turn to bring the Eurobeat with DIAMOND GIRLFRIEND. If you are a fan of Initial D, this was perfection, especially since MOTSU, one of the creators behind Initial D’s legendary soundtrack, worked on the track. When the chorus hit with “HOT HOT HOT,” the entire hall was buzzing.

Next up were the Ruffians’ idols, FUWAMOCO, with their cover of Ookami Mio’s Howling. It was a strong, emotional performance, and the choreography and vocals were fantastic.

The next guest appearance was Kureiji Ollie, teaming up with Baelz and Gigi as the Chaos Three to perform Countach by Hajime of ReGloss. The performance was mesmerizing, blending strings with lyrics about breaking the status quo. The chaotic energy of those three was a perfect match for the song, and the fans loved every second.

For HoloENigmatic fans, the next highlight was MONSTER, performed by Ina, Kronii, Shiori, and Gigi. With a jazzy swing style, it reminded me of Spy x Family. The lyrics touched on masks and personas, tying closely to the themes of the HoloENigmatic special.

The night’s final MC featured Cecelia and Gigi, who kept the crowd laughing—especially when Gigi surprised everyone by doing three cartwheels on stage. The audience went wild, while staff backstage were probably panicking.

As the night drew toward its finale, Kiara performed a medley of Perfume and TASTY. Both songs oozed sensuality and confidence, straight from the heart to the fans. It was a clear showcase of how much Kiara has grown as an artist.

Then came one of the most unforgettable moments: Elizabeth Rose Bloodflame’s rendition of Hoshimachi Suisei’s Stellar Stellar. Known for her personality and incredible vocal range, Elizabeth delivered a tear-jerking, goosebump-inducing performance that words cannot fully capture. It was stunning.

Myth then took the stage for Seishun Archive, an uplifting track celebrating youth, dreams, and optimism. Mori, Kiara, and Ina’s performance radiated joy and left everyone smiling.

Finally, all of Holo English gathered to close the night with Connect the World and Odyssey. Both songs carried a somber tone, as several past members had graduated since their creation, but their presence was still felt. The fans honored them in spirit. Hearing Odyssey for the first time, with its fantasy-like sound and unexpected Nordic lyrics, was especially moving. Composed by Mori and performed with the full group, it was another shining example of her artistry and leadership.

This was just the first night of All For One. And what a night it was. If you want the full experience, you have to attend both nights.

Night Two

(Use link here for Night Two’s setlist)

The second night began with the same excitement, as fans once again gathered at Radio City Music Hall. For those unfamiliar, each night had a different setlist, so attending both gave a completely unique experience. If you could only attend one, you still got something special, but if you were lucky enough to see both, the full scope of All For One came alive.

I had an extra paid ticket for Night Two and decided to gift it to our newest colleague, Richard. While he had little experience with VTubers before this, the concert quickly pulled him into the rabbit hole. That’s the power of Hololive. The pre-show hype, the cosplayers, and the community energy all worked their magic. A special shoutout to the TakaMori cosplayers who shared a kiss on stream—it really added to the atmosphere.

The crowd filled the venue once again, the lights dimmed, and Night Two began with START AGAIN performed by Mori, Nerrisa, Elizabeth, and IRyS. Aptly named, it was the perfect opening. The lyrics, including “We are unbreakable now,” resonated with the audience, filling everyone with energy and hope.

The momentum continued with Bijou’s performance of Houshou Marine’s Dead Ma’am’s Chest. Bijou challenged herself with this one, and she absolutely delivered, bringing out the headbangers in the crowd.

Next was Gigi, performing Inugami Korone’s Wonky Monkey. Gigi’s gremlin energy matched perfectly with this poppy, chaotic track. She had the audience laughing, clapping, and raising their hands along with her antics.

The energy stayed high with Kiara’s performance of CHIMERA, supported by IRyS. The sensuality and vibes of this song turned the venue into a club-like atmosphere. The KFP fans ate up every moment, and the passion in the performance was undeniable. This led into the first MC segment, where Kiara and IRyS lightened the mood with a playful reenactment of the CEO Coldplay concert meme.

Fuwamoco followed with Lifetime Showtime, and the crowd responded in full force. Every “BAU BAU!” echoed back at them as fans cheered for the beloved twin guard dogs. It was a wholesome moment of connection between performers and their audience.

Shiori then performed Tokoyami Towa’s AKUMA, capturing the song’s angst and punk energy perfectly. Her delivery nailed the rebellious tone, and it felt tailor-made for her style.

The trio of Kiara, Shiori, and Risu kept the energy up with Suspect, a fan-favorite in the community (especially thanks to the Holocure game). The lighthearted, poppy vibe got the audience moving and smiling. Mori and Bijou then returned for the second MC segment.

What came next was one of the standout moments of the night: Baelz’s solo dance performance to La Roja (Live Version). Without singing, she delivered a stunning Latin-inspired dance routine that mesmerized the entire venue. It was bold, stylish, and unforgettable.

Ouro Kronii then took the stage with a performance of Kiara’s DO U. Kronii brought her signature presence to the song, delivering with a mix of confidence and allure that completely entranced the audience.

Things slowed down beautifully with Fuwamoco, Cecelia, and Ina performing Aki Rosenthal’s SHALLYS. What made this extra special was Cecelia playing violin live, fully integrated with her VTuber model. The technology was stunning, and the performance soothed the crowd with its grace.

The following MC session featured Fuwamoco and Subaru, with a fun discussion about New York hot dogs—a callback to Subaru’s “Hot Duck” performance the previous night.

Then came Promise (IRyS, Kronii, and Baelz) with feelinggradation. It was a feel-good anthem about overcoming challenges and embracing hope, and the trio’s chemistry made it shine.

Next, Ina, Raora, Shiori, and Subaru performed Nekomata Okayu’s Neko Kabura-Na. Cute, infectious, and packed with moe energy, it had fans swaying side to side with big smiles.

The MC session that followed, featuring Shiori and Ollie, showed the professionalism of the talents. A technical hiccup briefly kept them from appearing on stage, but the two handled it with charm and humor while the tech team fixed it. The audience rallied behind them with loud support, showing just how loved they are. To Ollie especially: if you’re reading this, you did nothing wrong. You were amazing, and New Yorkers love you.

The tone shifted again with Kronii, Elizabeth, and Ollie performing Moona Hoshinova’s High Tide. The vocals were powerful, filled with melancholy and strength, like waves crashing and rising above. It was breathtaking.

Then Shiori and Gigi brought the energy back with Houshou Marine and Kobo Kanaeru’s III, which had a bodega-style, trumpet-filled pop energy that perfectly suited New York.

The final MC session featured Myth—Mori, Ina, and Kiara—who reminded everyone to treasure the last moments of the concert.

One of my personal highlights followed: Mori Calliope’s medley of end of life, Seeing Stars, and Dead on Arrival. She entered playing her scythe like a guitar, and from there it was magic. end of life has always been special to me for its themes of struggle and perseverance, and hearing it live gave me chills. Seeing Stars, a collaboration with Persona legends Lotus Juice and Shoji Meguro, was inspiring for both her and her fans. And Dead on Arrival turned the venue into a rock show, the reaper absolutely killing it on stage.

Bijou, Raora, and Cecelia followed with Houshou Marine’s I’m Your Treasure Box. This was playful, cheeky fan service at its best, complete with energetic dancing and plenty of “AHOY!” chants from the crowd.

Mori then returned, this time joined by Towa, for their duet Queen of Night. This was an emotional powerhouse of a performance, with Spanish lyrics (“La Reina de la Noche”), dramatic delivery, and goosebump-inducing harmonies. It was one of the most unforgettable songs of the night.

Finally, the entire Hololive English cast came together again for Odyssey, followed by Kirameki Rider. These closing songs encapsulated everything Hololive stands for: optimism, joy, and helping fans pursue their dreams. Whether you were a veteran fan or brand new, the message was clear—there is always a place for you in this community.

Before the finale, a recap video played, showing the history of past concerts, alumni talents, and highlights. It felt nostalgic, reminding everyone just how far Hololive English has come. And then, for the final time, they performed All For One. The audience shouted together in unison, “ALL FOR ONE!” It was a magical moment that will stay with me forever.

Conclusion

Hololive’s All For One concert was nothing short of extraordinary. Across both nights, the unity of the fans, the sheer talent of Hololive English, and the energy of the special guest appearances created an experience unlike any other.

If you ever get the chance, attend both nights. Each one brings a different setlist and vibe, and together they deliver the full vision of what All For One was meant to be. The variety of songs, the emotional highs, and the overwhelming positivity from both the performers and the audience made this concert unforgettable.

Even if you are new to VTubers, or simply curious, a Hololive concert is something you should experience at least once if they visit your area. You do not need years of fandom to feel the impact—the energy, joy, and connection are universal.

For me, these two nights have become a core memory. After a difficult week, All For One lifted my spirits in a way few things could. It reminded me of why this community matters and why these concerts mean so much. I hope Hololive continues to bring their shows to New York City, and that next year we get to celebrate a fourth concert together.

To Cover Corporation, Motoaki Tanigo-san, every member of Hololive English, and everyone behind the scenes: thank you. Your fans here in New York love you, and we cannot wait to see you again.

Arigatou Gozaimasu! Thank you.
